CED publishes 2014 annual report
On 4 June 2015, the CED published its annual report for 2014. Entitled “CED in an election year”, the report summarises CED activities in the context of European Parliament elections and of the new European Commission. Political resolutions adopted in 2014 and the achievements of CED working groups and task forces are also presented.
CED General Meeting in Athens adopts policy on vocational training, antimicrobial resistance and online evaluations of dentists, decides on the theme of the European Oral Health Day 2014
During the CED General Meeting on 23 and 24 May 2014 in Athens, Greece, CED Members adopted resolutions on vocational training, antimicrobial resistance and online evaluations of dentists, and decided that the theme of the European Oral Health Day on 12 September 2014 will be ‘Oral health and diabetes’.

During the CED General Meeting on 23 November 2012, CED Members re-elected Dr. Wolfgang Doneus as the CED President, adopted a Resolution on eHealth and a draft Charter for Liberal Professions, and discussed issues including dental amalgam and the Professional Qualifications Directive.
