Following the adoption in March 2014 of the final opinion on ‘Environmental risks and indirect health effects from use of dental amalgam’ by the Commission’s independent Scientific Committee on Health and Environmental Risks (SCHER), the fact sheet intended for non-specialists has now been amended and is available here.
